End-to-End Project
Set the objectives and define the project. We can then take it from there. We can provide a committed completion date and be compensated by the hour or by the project.
Advising or Coaching
Work closely with key members of the team to advise on strategy, business plan, investment presentation, cost reductions, raising money and much more. Normally, hourly but open to different business relationships.
Interim Senior Management
Based on background, roles include CEO, COO, Marketing, Sales, and/or Finance. Open to long term engagement with full time role if right mutual fit.
Board of Directors
Interested in 1-2 more public or private Board of Director roles.
Seeking a Win-Win Relationship

Normal consulting/advising relationship:
Hourly, Weekly or Monthly Retainers
Delayed Cash
Depending on the opportunity, we may entertain a delay of the payment until after your next round of funding
Equity
If a win-win, we are open to a portion of our compensation via equity or future equity.
